In the beginning, I was referred by a colleague of mine. I felt skeptical about USA Legal Network handling my service of process jobs because I had never used any type of attorney services prior to my dealings with them. However, that quickly changed. When I initially called them, I was pleased with their knowledge and confidence in how they were answering all my questions, as well as, the reassurance I was given that my job would be done with due diligence. Over time I learned that their staff is extremely proactive in making sure that if any errors or problems occur, they are quickly mended. The staff is always available for any questions or concerns or changes I may make to my initial request. Every phone call and/or interaction I have had with them has always been gracious and professional. The gentleman in the process department, Ara - helped me through my priority service in Orange County! Now, I’m a frequent customer for USA Legal Network, and I couldn’t be happier with their quality of work!
