I experienced a slip & fall due to thawing poultry in a market on Thanksgiving Eve 2019. Taken to the hospital & examined for hours. Once released I was barely ambilitory , trying to find anyone who might help me get back to where my car was left, on Thanksgiving Eve. I was a mess! My left knee looked like a melon, all I was able to do was lie down and watch TV. But the pain & swelling persisted. By mid-day Saturday I was Angsting; do I return to an ER? Energy's Ctr? How will I ready myself to visit my PCP on Monday?... It seemed like an insurmountable task. Since all I could do was lay around and watch TV I had seen more than one of the Jacobian Myers commercials, and I started thinking, " could they help me"? So I gave them a call on Saturday assuming they wouldn't be open but they would call me back when they were available I heard back from them within the hour gave them a basic rundown of what I had experienced and they said they'd be glad to help me. Just having someone to talk to at that point in time meant the world to me. Shortly thereafter I was contacted again and coupled with an attorney who would help me make follow-up arrangements for medical assistance. Her name was Guiane, thanks to her efforts, it's been a year and a half but I can thankfully say my knee has healed completely and my back issues have also been addressed. I underwent several therapy regimes and a couple invasive procedures and thankfully today I can do my shopping and walking as I did prior to my accident. I recommend Jacoby and Myers to everyone and expressly Guiane, for all the TLC I received.

NO STARS, NEVER GO TO THIS GROUP THEY ARE TRASH :)! *UPDATE* I'd like to double down on my review, maybe if you were in a big accident they will put more priority towards your case but if the incident is smaller I don't think you should choose this group. It took more than two years for them to handle my situation. They gave the impression that I was a priority but no. Finally when they recieved my check they waited TWO WHOLE WEEKS TO LET ME KNOW THEY HAD MY CHECK which I find ridiculous to not even email in the first few days at least. Up to you if you choose this group but they were not a good experience at all.
