This has been my experience with Jacoby and Meyers.
Started out great, seeing doctors on my insurance, got that switched to Jacoby and Meyers appointed doctors, so I didn’t have to use my insurance and worry about that. It was after the switch, that I had to call and get updates, I would call and let them know I had completed the appointment and what to do next. Very rare did I receive a phone call about any part of my case. Fast forward, won the case, satisfied with the amount. Now I’m sure most people reading this have sent mail, or received mail and are kind of aware how the postal system works. A letter takes 3 days to go out of state and delivered. I live 20 minutes from the office that represented me, I have been waiting for a 3 day letter for longer then 20 days. Could be it wasn’t mailed and I am getting the run around.
Me personally it felt like there was a major lack of communication. If I need a attorney again, I’ll do my research and look for an office that suits my communication needs.
After speaking with a team member from Jacoby and Meyers, and going over my concerns, I feel like this may have been a once only type of situation. The team member listened to what I had to say and was fully engaged in finding solutions. I think that other cases in the future may be affected by the interactions I had with the team member and they may have a positive outlook and a positive reaction. After talking to the team member I would give Jacoby and Meyers another chance if I were ever in an accident again, and refer others to them.

Absolutely worst experience. Two years later my case is still not finished. Terrible communication with weeks and months of gaps. I've had to call and email them 50+ times about my case with no movement each time and waiting weeks to months just to hear back from someone. Fast forward they are still negotiating medical bills over a month later. More emails sent with no responses. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Filing all my complaints today with the appropriate places.
Stay away from this company, their billboards everywhere are deceiving and they spend more money on advertising to get new customers but don't take care of them once they get you in the door.
