Terrible! DO NOT TRUST! Avoid these lawyers at all costs! They are sketchy! They will scam you into thinking that you will not have to pay for anything, but they will include something different in the fine print! They say one thing over the phone, yet make you sign papers that go against whatever they communicated with you via email, phone calls, and texts! If you try to reach out to them about it, they will respond a couple times and will eventually ignore you! Their response was “well you signed the papers”. They failed to take responsibility for their lawyers’ terrible communication and just want your money from the case! DO NOT TRUST M & Y PERSONAL INJURY LAWYERS!

Definitely recommend! Everyone was attentive, friendly. Process was lengthy, but they were easy to get ahold of, and I was given plenty of updates. Thanks so much to Bryden, Sarah, Thea, you guys were amazing!

If I could use the word disgusting it wouldn’t be enough to describe these people.Just talking about them makes me nauseous 🤮.I would personally not recommend them for business either during training they tried to teach me unethical ways to work there clients files.Plus I saw Amanda lying to a customer in front of me Run far away don’t do business or work for these people. I wrote this email to ceo who never responded what a joker this guy. Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Treatment and Unpaid Work Dear I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at M&Y Personal Injury Law Group. After experiencing unemployment, I began searching for a position as a case manager and came across a job posting by Cynthia Jacks. During the interview, I was transparent about having less than one year of experience as a case manager but expressed my willingness to learn. They assigned me to a training class with Amanda Ramos, who was responsible for training case managers. Unfortunately, Amanda never trained me or provided assistance. Instead, she would say, "You better get it after I tell you what to do the first time." As I was new to software like Filevine and more familiar with Casepeer, I made sure to take detailed notes and was committed to learning. However, Amanda was unhelpful and often ignored my questions, choosing instead to converse with others in Spanish about her personal life and her kids. Despite my efforts, punctuality, and thorough note-taking, I was terminated after just 4 days without prior notice or explanation. The reason given was that I was "too slow," which I found unfounded as I was working efficiently. Additionally, I was not compensated for the 4 days I worked, and when I tried to address the situation, Cynthia Jacks abruptly ended the call. It is disheartening to see how I was treated during my time at your firm. The reason I am writing this complaint is to promote awareness of the treatment of employees at your firm. Indeed and other sites are filled with reviews from former employees who have had similar experiences. I hope that by bringing this to your attention, steps can be taken to improve the working conditions and treatment of employees at M&Y Personal Injury Law Group.
