Bad settlement, got less than 2 grand for an accident that was not my fault, and got stuck with the emergency room bill for 3000 dollars. That was not explained to me before I signed!!! Later suffered a spinal injury from the accident 6 months later. Asked if they would help me with a lawsuit and couldn't help me.

I would not recommend hiring M&Y. After being chased in the middle of the night by a road rage driver, I was severely rear-ended, causing major vehicle damage and bodily injury. I initially hired M&Y to represent me. After my consultation with Steve, one of their attorneys, he seemed optimistic about my case. However, as the claim proceeded, the opposing party argued that I had allegedly fled the scene of a prior accident, which led to their client chasing me and causing the rear-end collision. This was an untrue accusation. As a result, the opposing insurance company refused to settle and indicated that the case might go to litigation. Midway through my case, M&Y decided to drop me as a client, making me feel as though I were abandoned. Joann, their legal assistant—who had also been extremely rude throughout the claim—confirmed this over the phone, stating that "if you had a stronger case or more evidence, we would have no issue moving forward representing you." I hired another attorney who confidently said, "we look forward to going to litigation." In the end, the at-fault party’s insurance company settled anyway. To me, it felt like M&Y were more focused on quick-settle cases. I recommend finding an attorney who is willing to go the extra mile and fight for you, rather than one just seeking easy cases.

I was badly rear ended while coming to a stop on the freeway and was injured. M&Y represented me and fought to make me whole. The entire process was seamless, I could not ask for better representation. They were always available to answer any questions and secured great medical treatment for my injuries. I highly recommend them for any and all auto related injury cases. They will fight for you and be there for you.
