Very excellent service! This was my first time (hopefully the last time) having lawyers for a car accident. I didn't know what to do, but Julie, Joanna, and their team helped me walk through this entire process. They elaborated on what was going on, and constantly checked-on with me to make sure if I wanted a certain process to be made. The places they offered for chiropractic and many other different medical treatments were very helpful, and I am very well now. Very kind and efficient! I am extremely satisfied with my outcome and settlement as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The company is extremely disorganized and made me lose money! My experience with M&Y had to be cut short because they offered to handle my property damage case along with the body injury case. They assigned a case manager named Tierra Butler, and she was a disaster. She kept telling me everything would be fine and not to worry about costs, as AAA (the company responsible for my accident) would cover all my expenses like rental cars, tows, and so on. After weeks of poor follow-up and false information that only gave me false hope, my debt with my finance company increased by $7,000 partly due to Tierra’s lack of experience and attitude. This could have been avoided if AAA had released the policy amount just 10 days after my accident. Instead, Tierra kept giving me false hope, saying they would pay for everything. Due to her misinformation and lack of experience, my debt with my finance company grew, and now I'm in a bad spot. Partly because of M&Y. Also, every time I called M&Y's office asking to speak with Tierra's supervisor, I was either ignored or transferred straight to Tierra. Now I'm trying to get my file for my new lawyer, and they’ve been neglectful, even hanging up on me. A very questionable and disorganized company. My advice: Look for companies where you deal with a real lawyer, not case managers who often don't know much and can cause you a lot of headaches and financial loss.

Great experience working with M&Y Lawyers. They spoke with me about my injuries, helped me find the right doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors to help me through recovery. They were consistent with checking up on how everything was going and always with a prompt response to my inquiries. At the end I was very pleased with the value of my settlement and the work they did to close the case in a timely manner; making certain I received the best settlement possible. I highly recommend working with them specifically John Garil who helped me along the way and was very clear in his communication, was courteous, confident, and efficient.

Top of the line Attorneys and staff. All departments worked together to walk me step by step with paperwork which is minimal because they handled 99.99% of it. I was in Therapy for my back injury that same week. Definitely recommend. From A to Z, all staff is excellent.
