Street sweeper ran me off the road Dec 2020 driver did not stop a witness chased it long enough to get a picture of its license plate number. I was left unconscious with a T.B.I. broken neck and broken back I was in a lot of pain and didn't know what to do being a exaddict and convicted felon I didn't think anyone would help me.
