Jubin and his team were professional, timely, informative, and patient.
Never having patented anything before, the process was intimidating at first. My first phone call resulted in Jubin thoroughly explaining what it would entail/how the process would be achievable.
He has a YouTube channel as well which is educational.
It was obvious his practice was the way to go.
Because of my experience the first go around, I have chosen to reengage DLS for a separate project - and will continue to do so.
