Jubin helped me to get my very first patent very fast (we got the letter that the patent is approved in less than 8 months)! He doesn't just prepare documentation, he also processes it as my potential customer. I love his feedback and advices on my ideas! His strategic thinking is unmatched! He can also feel what is urgent and where he needs to give me some more time to settle on one version or another before filing. On a couple occasions, I submitted my first versions of the trademarks and was not fully satisfied with my creative work. Jubin gave it some time and called later to make sure that I still wanted to submit it. I think he understood that I needed something better and that I was going to continue searching for the final version.
