We we received our trademark from the United States Patent and Trademark Office . This process took a little over a year as explained from Dana Legal Services. Their office stayed in touch and was very responsive to our questions during this entire process. I highly recommend them for your trademark services . They're prices are reasonable and the service level is 10+ stars!! Will definitely use their services again !

My call with Jubin was extremely informative and invaluable. I truly appreciate the fact that our first conversation was as in-depth, strategical and reassuring as it was. Trademark protection and litigation is so tricky to navigate as I have come to learn, especially for small e-commerce brands like myself, and have found myself drowning in vague online information and shallow consultation calls. Jubin was able to guide me through the scope of my situation better than the 4 previous consultation calls I took combined. Definitely recommend Dana Legal Services.

Wow! First of all, if you have decided on a name for your business and have not filed a Trademark right away, go and do it now! Liz (intake manager) is so professional and friendly, you can tell she really cares about her job. Jubin, the attorney is personable and also informative. I just want to say that they took care of this for me at 8:30pm. I was so impressed, I've already referred friends. The best in the bay!
