The company used to be very good and was always recommended to my friends who have the needs. But I am now in a process of asking for refund and may have to file a complaint with the State Bar if the refund is not made. The attorney assigned to my case insisted a video conference using Google Meet that is legally blocked in a country when the participant resides. I offered other available communication means/service. The attorney declined and held my case in still while the deadline is upcoming.

Trademarkia has been very communicative and flexible in helping us to get names (that our company has been using for years) filed with the USPTO. I would advise others to be mindful about avoiding hidden fees that may not be apparent at first.

13 months later and still they have not started the process. I am going to file the next with a competitor. Time stamp comparison so everyone knows to STAY AWAY!

The cost is quite insane and the amount of hidden fees throughout the process is also insane. They want 900 to RESPOND to a USTPO action. Not to mention the customer support is over seas and barley understand English.

The attorney thoroughly checked the eligibility for registration through a video, and the explanation in the email was satisfactory. Although the response time was somewhat slow, the service itself was good, so I am updating my review.

They are the worst. Please don't ever try to file with them. There are many good companies for this. Not at all worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! We have been asking for are refund for weeks, zero communication. Trademarkia don't even think about writing back on here and saying you don't see an order for us. Remember us, you tried to upselling into the many thousands. Then you're lawyer said he wanted more money. Refund us today or we will put a restraint of trade against you. TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE. We signed up for the basic Trade Mark service, they took the money despite about 12 attempts to upsell you. The Trademark Attorney: Antoine H.M. Wade advised it would be “challenging” with a “moderate risk” of failure, so before they got started, we cancelled. No refund, no communication, no replies. If you haven't completed the service, you don't get paid. These guys have just washed their hands of us, kept our money and not replied. AVOID and use their competitors. You know the expression "price vs cost". The "price" of this transaction was lower, but "cost" us more. Order ID: 2104354
