Awful service provider, takes them a year to get to start process, yet collect payments ahead of time. Very slow to respond to emails, takes time to get anything done. Prices are extremely high. Do not recommend. In response to your reply, please make sure you actually do investigate properly, you forgot to mention that the service was paid for last year and I have been pushing you guys. Now you refuse to refund for services not finished. Very good detail oriented company. SOS for all those who still did not get caught, stay away!

i'm trying to get my trademarks and Trademarkia keeps advertising that I get consultations included with my membership. I scheduled to have a consultation and no one showed up. I called and was told that they were busy doing other things and that I would get a call back for consultation. I have still not heard back from anyone. Trademarkia seems to be advertising services that they don't offer. I also emailed Trademarkia and never received any response to my emails even though I paid extra for the 24 hour service.

Hidden fees with slow responses and zero refunds even though subscriptions were not signed up for and service was extremely slow.

So i got my refund after their Attorneys refused at first but their dispute department considered my situation, Mr Pravesh Bhardwaj is a Gentleman. I think their is a gap in the communication inside their team. But all in all still its a poor experience asking my own money again and again.

very very unhappy. I didn't use their services. I cancelled the subscription and they are hitting me with a lot of extra fees. I guess in the States it's normal but where i live it's called abuse. here is their answer .... That happens because you would have chosen: Option 1 Subscription: $99 Trademark filing and monitoring service + $350 in government fees per class when we file. The initial $99 will include the trademark filing and fee monitoring service for the first month. You will be charged another $99 after the first months for a 3-month monitoring service and then again $99 in three months' time. You can then cancel the subscription without penalty. The total paid is $297 + $350 official fee with the added benefit of a watch service. You do have the option to keep the watch service which will continue to be $99 every 3 months. If you cancel before the first 6 months (essentially before the second or third $99 payment), it will be as if you are changing to the once-off $299 option and will be charged the difference once-off (so if they paid $99, they will be charged a once off fee of $200). My experience has been for over 10 years now, these attorneys change all the time and new ones in every 3-6 months lately. I had a really good one then He left ands started his own business. It is a revolving door for starter attorneys, and not the best, or smartest for sure anymore. Then every fee is the same, an office action to send a couple emails, resubmit and application, or final process fees are always $499.00, PLUS Gov fees of course, they are full of surprise fees. So beware of the fees they are going to $500.00 you to death! If I were not so vetted with them I would definitely go elsewhere, so do your homework before hiring, they may or may not be the right fit for you.

Not reliable company.

I charged 99.00. They charged my card an additional $400.00. When contacted the lady said it would take 10 days to research and refund. I caused me to have 2NSF CHARGES @ 36 $each

I cannot recommend Trademarkia. It seems that their priorities lie in short-term gains rather than cultivating long-term relationships with their customers and providing adequate care. I suggest seeking trademark services elsewhere, where you can find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and is committed to building lasting partnerships. I would also add on their website they advertise a 4.6 rating with TrustPilot. If you click it, it takes you to the website where their rating is 3.7..... yikes

I guess it's ok overall. The process is VERY slow and they charge you a $99 'monitoring fee' that I was not aware of. And if you don't keep it for at least 6 months you get charged $299 instead of $99. Something to keep in mind. Will not recommend as I prefer no hidden fees and transparency. Hard to find nowadays.

I paid $99 for the "service." I have never heard from a real person. I get marketing emails marketing more services. I take it up with support, they say they had my email wrong and a lawyer will be reaching out to me. That never happens. Also, they can't possibly have my email wrong since I'm getting a new marketing email just about every day. So I go to cancel my subscription (no idea what is being subscribed to at this point). That appears to be successful. Check my bank account, they immediately charged me $200. Again, I have never heard from anyone. Complete scam.
