I couldn’t get past 70% completion of the application process. It kept looping back to the same page with no error message. My online message to the helpline went unanswered and my calls to the 800 number went to voicemail. I ended up abandoning my registration attempt and telling my credit card company to not pay. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

I used this service once before and they helped me get my ProjectFlo® registered trademark. As that was a good experience, I just asked for their help again. Attorney Austin was wonderful and I felt he had my best interests in mind. He was SO PATIENT with all of my questions and worked over the holiday to make my submissions happen by the end of the year before the costs went up. Appreciated his sound counsel and hard work. Price felt like a good value for all that he had to do to make it happen on time. Highly recommend!
