The process of creating a living trust was easy and streamlined, but I wish we would get more explanations on some concepts and terms in the process since it was the first time for us to deal with it; maybe get a better checklist what needs to be done after signing documents. The signing was awkward in Palo Alto's office/room - the small room did not have a company's title on it, I learned the names of a notary person and a witness from documents I was signing...

did a trust & estate plan with summerall. They were incredible - the consults were efficient and skilled, which i expected. What i didnt expect was all the effort they've put into their materials, guides, emails, plans, etc - it explains things in clear english, tells you exactly what to do, and makes it incredibly easy and clear.
