I am using Summerall Law for estate planning and so far, I am very happy with the process and my attorney Julia. They are well set up for a 100% online operation. Julia is very well organized, very prompt with answering my questions, does in-depth research and emails me later when she does not have the answer right away. Estate planning can be very stressful and painful, but Julia made it so much easier!

I called to schedule a consultation about probate matters. They emailed me twice, an appointment confirmation and intake form. I immediately responded letting them know again that it was for probate. They then responded they had no record of my appointment. All of this took place same day. They gave me the run around and apologized. They seemed so incompetent, I decided not to work with them and let them know. Several months later they email me to confirm that I have not hired them and to recommend I hire someone else.
