Recommend against working with Julia, who had trouble explaining how her recommendations made sense given our basic request/questions. Kelly was fast an easy to create initial trust but trying to update was a pain. Got the run around via email, waited weeks to coordinate across multiple schedules for a follow up call they insisted was necessary and it became evident minutes into the conversation that this could have been easily resolved via email. They seem to crank out estates/trusts for folks covered under legal insurance plans (Legalease in my case), but don't care about customer service once done.

My fiancé and I needed to get our separate and joint estates in order in the midst of busy lives this task kept being delayed until we realized just before some upcoming travel that we had to get this done.
