My husband just called Summerall Law to make an appt regarding advice on estate planning, as we are about to come into a lot of money on the sale of our home in Maxwell Park. He left a msg and the receptionist was quick to return the call. She stated that they only work with Wills & Trusts, and that we would need to call an estate attorney to satisfy our needs. Obviously she LIED, if the website is correct. The website specifically states "Estate Planning." I noticed that the business is strictly owned & operated by females. Maybe if I had called instead of my husband we would have been given an appointment. Very 😠 angry, and I will be telling our friends about this incident.

Sarah and Kelly are wonderful, professional, and supportive. They helped my parents write their Trust about ten years ago and then patiently helped me with understanding the completion of the trust when they passed.

The Summerall Law team helped my family draft trust and will documentation this past summer. Feel free to read more about the experience below, but the bottom line is that they made the process extremely easy and demonstrated care/professionalism throughout the experience. I highly recommend! We had a a general idea of what to expect, but I wanted to ensure we were looking at all angles and I was certain that there may be legal considerations I was missing. We worked with Jihyun who helped gather our input and ultimately drafted the documents. She was personal, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to ensure our questions were answered and that we understood the premise of each section before providing an answer. This made me feel much more confident that our intent (as of the time we drafted the documents) was accurately captured. Logistically, she was very accommodating and flexible. Thank you Jihyun! The final part was notarizing the document and Brandon stayed in close contact and was timely. Much appreciated.

I worked with Summerall Law to create a trust and update my estate plan and was delighted by the experience (an odd thing to say about planning for end-of-life stuff, but nonetheless true!). I worked directly with Kelly, and he made the process easy to understand, interesting, and completely approachable. He was open to every question I had, helped me understand what my options were (and the pros and cons of each) at every step, and gave me wonderfully detailed follow-up instructions I could use to follow up once my plan was completed. There was one small blip in the process (it took longer than expected to get the digital version of my estate plan), but once the team was aware of it, they addressed it right away. Highly recommended!

We did our family estate planning with Sarah and couldn't be happier. The whole process was easy, quick thanks to Sarah. She was professional, responsive and great to work with. She sent all the documents in soft format and followed up on us to update our financial accounts to reflect the estate/trust. I will recommend Sarah to anyone in a heart beat.
