Yuvanna Davis was Excellent! The best choice I made for my case! She explained everything in easy to understand terms, I never was confused in any way. She was there, every step of the way, and there was many steps! If I ever need a worker's comp attorney again, I would not hesitate to work with her again!

I'm very disappointed in the unprofessional work ethics that I have received from Ratto Law Firm. Yuvanna Davis never worked on my case like she agreed to and the other attorney Brian Kreft in Concord is a SHARK. I do not recommend Ratto Law Firm because of their "Unprofessional Legal Work Ethics"!!! DO NOT RETAIN THESE SHARKS!

I definitely had to rate my experience with Yuvanna Davis above a 5-star review. Ms. Davis is professional, compassionate and has great knowledge of the law. Prior to her taking over my case I had the burden and stress of workers comp harassing me with phone calls to my personal cell phone and even my job. Within a matter of a year Ms. Davis so diligently settled my case. She always was available to lend an ear and took into account my most important points when it came down to the settling process. She was always available to answer any questions and ambiguity. Her dedication and investment in my case left me with nothing but outstanding trust in her to have full control of my case, knowing she had my best interest in mind. That is rare to find. This office never returned calls since August 22 I'm trying to reach Ms Diana Rodriguez and Mr Francisco none of them has returned my call.. I will still give five stars to Attorney Juan Ratto he's very communicative but no longer my representative.you need to get in touch with your clients us a big firm.
