I’ve been dealing with an overdue worker’s comp situation for a while and Ratto Law Firm truly championed my case. I am so grateful for Yuvanna Davis. I appreciate her honesty and how she was easy to work with. Yuvanna had great communication and was very detailed. She was able to explain and clarify at times when I was confused. I should have known better when I called back and someone at the office said this office is unprofessional. I thought she was playing. Jokes on me. They do not answer the phone with professionalism. I have to call the Concord office to reach my lawyer.. my lawyer never returns my call. I send emails response. The aid is no better she has been out of the office . This lawyer Micheal is worst than my last lawyer I fired . This place is ghetto .

Ratto was proactive in setting expectations regarding keeping me informed as I navigated this WC process in which I had no experience at all. This was not a quick process and patience is required.

Mr. Ratto is a very genuine lawyer. He and his people gave me honest advice on what to do, and was there with me throughout the entire process of solving my case. He has other lawyers in his firm also, and they were very helpful because someone was there to step in when Mr. Ratto was busy. He is a very well respected lawyer in the courtrooms, and in the community as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone hurt at work!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ratto and I would highly recommend him as an attorney. Personally, I have never used an attorney and because of this felt some reluctance to hire one. I felt that I would be able to handle my case by myself, but soon into my case I realized how time consuming and complex it would and could potentially get.
