They never answer calls, mail or voice messages, I have been waiting for more than 3 months and trying to get an answer for a case that I have with them, nobody knows how to give explanations or reasons and if they call you back sometimes it is reluctantly.

Very unprofessional, their director of operations Consuelo Serrau tried to offer me a "business opportunity"/ get rich quick scheme THROUGH A WEBSITE FOR MAKING FRIENDS after weeks of pretending to want to become acquainted with me. I instantly googled her and this firm after she had a weird vague phone call with me about a business that she didn't want to disclose the name of. Her behaviour set off so many alarm bells and seemed predatory, I had to check it out. Luckily she stupidly had her occupation listed on her profile and I was able to look at the law firms website. In their "meet our staff" portion is a photo of a bunch 20-year-old women dressed like sugar babies. Obviously sketchy and so disgustingly unprofessional. I have no background in law nor a degree nor was I asking her for any sort of job, she very clearly sought after me by looking at my photos online(I am also a woman in mid twenties) and then messaged me attempting to wave some sort of money offer to me literally out of no where after feigning that she just wanted to make friends. Why are you recruiting young women on social media for a law firm office? Why is this 25 year old woman in charge of anything? Disgraceful. Makes sense why there's such awful reviews on your firm.

This law firm is really good.They are helpful and fight for what is right.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Super unprofessional and never respond to calls. My dad had a court date set, they never helped or tried to help and even the day before said court date, no one answered his calls. How can you claim to help people if you don’t even ANSWER?

Can't get a hold of my lawyer despite several calls and emails. Apparently he forgot to turn in some paperwork even though I had called and asked before hand. And now I have to figure out this deposition by myself. Honestly working with them made me want to just drop the case. I dont if I'll win and I don't k ow what I even would win. Nothing was explained.
