Eric is the one. You may stop your search for a lawyer. He's kind, takes an interest in how you're doing on a personal level; he's like a friend. He makes the process easy and doable, and very digestible to understand. He does this work from the heart, and it reflects in his conduct. He truly does want to assist people in improving their livelihoods and getting their lives back on track. He will go above and beyond, and he deserves all the praise that I can lavish upon him. Eric Boeing has changed my life. Filing for bankruptcy was easily one of the most emotional times of my life. It’s not something anyone ever hopes or plans to do. I was stuck at a crossroads between two chapters of bankruptcy. One was less favorable and I did not want to pursue, however, I was advised that it was the only viable option by many different lawyers. From my first interaction with Eric, I could immediately feel this was different. Rather than ask for a summary of my finances during a rushed initial consultation, he requested all documents prior to our actual meeting. Greg was hired as a defense attorney in a liability case. He was very analytical and strategic in his planning, supported us with solid communication and incite as to how the case would develop and reached a successful conclusion. Clayton is one phenomenal attorney! He is ABSOLUTE THE BEST! After being appointed to me from another attorney and our initial consultation, I knew right away that he would be a good representative for my repeated DUI case. He was VERY EXPERIENCED. He asked all the right questions to get to know me as an individual in efforts to allow him to defend me properly. He was very consistent and reliable. Anytime of the day as long as he was available, he responded back when I had a question of concern or needed advice. He took the initiative to go out his way to find out every detail involving my case. He looked for avenues seeking the best deal possible for me as his client by staying in contact with the court officials. He would advised me of what he thought was best for me, but ultimately he would leave the decision up to me. He made sure I received all my paperwork or any court documentation through emails. Anything I didn’t quite understand, he explained it to me. He also made a lot of phone calls on my behalf. And After all the court appearance and his consistency with the courts, I was able to walk away from what should’ve been a FELONY-hands down... but was plead out as a MISDEMEANOR. I am truly thankful that I followed my first mind and chose Clayton to be my attorney with this case! I actually HIRED and FIRED an attorney prior to him. I felt very confident in my decision and I stuck with it! And I’m so glad I did!

Greg helped me with filing a lawsuit and collecting unpaid invoices from a past customer of my software consulting business. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and provided a ton of assistance. Greg really focused on doing things properly and thoroughly, and not just providing the bare minimum to check off boxes. My case wasn't huge in the grand scheme of things (but important to me!), so I appreciated that he put in that effort. Greg was very responsive to communications, and great about answering all of my questions. I don't spent a ton of time dealing with legal issues, so the potential costs were something that concerned me going into the lawsuit. I found Greg to be extremely fair in his billing, and very transparent about when things were going to have an impact on costs.
