Eric completed a Will and Trust for my wife and me during the Shelter-In-Place. He met with us over Zoom and was very thorough in his explanations of the process and what we need to have in place. He also did a great job listening to specific concerns and desires and incorporating those in our documents. He even came over to our house so we could sign the documents outside. He was thorough, quick, and responsive to us and our needs. I have already recommended Eric to family and friends.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ian both professionally and personally and cannot recommend him enough. Professionally, I worked for a criminal defense law firm and referred a lot of our client to Ian when they needed help with civil matters; thus we shared a lot of clients. All of our mutual clients had positive feedback about Ian and his work. Through my communication with him, I easily noticed that he is professional, efficient, and cares for his clients. Personally, I had a Power of Attorney matter regarding my grandma that my family needed help with. I scheduled a consultation with Ian; scheduling was an easy process as he responds quickly via email. The consultation was great. He took the time to listen to our situation and discuss our options with us in plain English. He offered several solutions for our situation including free options we could do ourself, and options that included hiring his firm. He was not a used car salesmen and didn’t make us feel that hiring him was our only option. He is very easy to communicate with and I recommend him to anyone looking for a family lawyer.

We took the opportunity to use our temporary access to ARAG insurance to establish a Living Trust, and Greg was great to work with! It took us a long time to decide on a few mundane details, but he made the process as easy as it could've been, and helped us get the final pieces put together quite quickly once we realized our access to ARAG funding was going to expire soon. Easy-going and stress-free process!

Mr. Sowder wrote and living trust for myself and wife. From the very start of the process he was very conscientious and asked many questions in order to address the many issues that must be considered when writing a living trust. Greg also raised a number of issues which we had not anticipated and helped guide us through to make the best decision possible. He never rushed us and when we found that we needed to change a section of the draft, he acted quickly to resolve the issues. Greg was always patient with us, and answered our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others who need to have a living trust.

We engaged Gregory Sowder to create our living trust and will. He was very patient with all our questions and worked at our pace, which was reassuring. Review written in Feb 2015: I just want to thank Eric so much for all of his help with our case. My husband and I have always been the type of couple that has always wanted things to go right for us, keeping everything in order, including our finances, and we have always done pretty well up until a few years ago. It was so devastating learning how negative our credit would be after all of our financial woes, especially after having kept it clean for so many years. I just wanted to take this time and opportunity to express and share that during our time of hardship and us eagerly and desperately wanting to get back on our feet, having gone through the many sacrifices to make that happen, Eric has been so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and positive.
