He was helpful with free consultation but stopped responding to my emails and stopped communicating even though I had told him that we want to hire him to represent us. An email saying he couldnt take this case would have been nice.

Excellent service!! I spoke with Mr. Elkins over the phone. I knew I probably didn't have a case against the greedy real estate company, but I still wanted to see if I had options. Mr. Elkins was very friendly and knowledgeable; great bedside manners. He spoke from anecdotal experience and gave a lot of sage advice even though I had no case. He stayed on the phone with me and even gave me some kind words. If I ever need to retain a real estate lawyer, I would definitely turn to him.
