Where to start.
1st off. Very polite and has open ears to hear your case. Alot of other Attorneys will rush you off or just want to collect. Mr Elkins was full of useful information and was patient with my bombardment of questions. He was very easy going and seemed eager to help. Thank you!

I called this law firm and spoke with Kurt, to see if I could be represented for a tenant to landlord dispute and although they don't really work with the tenant cases he still did a consultation for me and listened to everything I said with no interruption or a condescending tone. He was very polite and gave me the help I needed even if he wasn't able to represent me which I think is amazing because I can't even find a tenant attorney who Is willing to give me that kind of patience and understanding. So would highly recommend just giving a call!

I called Kurt and he spoke to me at length free of charge. He provided an actual free consultation, not a two minute chat that doesn’t answer any questions. He was an attentive listener, he asked pertinent questions, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the law. He gave me a roadmap of my options moving forward, with or without an attorney. I will probably have to obtain an attorney in the near future for this issue, and if I do, it will be Kurt Elkins, hands down. Do yourself a favor. Stop googling and call Kurt Elkins.

I called, explained my ongoing problems with a real estate agent, and he gave me detailed advice, and the necessary steps to take to resolve the issue. He even asked me to call him if the issue was not resolved. I couldn't ask for more - and I've never even met him! Definitely, 5 stars.

Kurt was a blessing! I needed a listing agreement reviewed promptly and he was able to review it and get back to me in less than 30 minutes. He’s very knowledgeable and provided me with lots of information. I called several people to have this document looked at and he was the only one who was able to review it so quickly and he was not all about the money. I will definitely be using him again in the future and I highly recommend Kurt!
