My wife and I found Mr. Elkins when seeking legal consultation for a real estate buy-out situation. Several other lawyers we called wanted to talk only if we paid a consultation fee upfront. A few days after first talking with Mr. Elkins, we found ourselves in his office discussing more details of the case. He offered really good advice on the subject and it totally changed our approach. But the wonderful part is that he is a Genuine individual, and a real Gentleman. Interspersed in the conversation were exchanges of a personal nature that helped cement his opinion and the approach he advised. He didn’t ask for money before engaging in the specifics of our case. Mr. Elkins is an exception on the spectrum for the typical attorney. I know clearly where to go next time and strongly endorse him for his knowledge of the law, his approach to understanding a set of circumstances, and his caring nature. Thank you Sir & be well.

Kurt gave me piece of mind by going over my purchasing documents when buying my first home. He gave me legal advise and advise from personal experience. I contacted Mr., Elkins regarding asbestos contamination in my apt. I didn’t sound like I had a case against the property owners, but he provided me with some very helpful information about my rights. This quickly changed the direction of being led to believe we needed to sign a waiver releasing my rights and property to being empowered and setting boundaries within my legal rights. Our 15 minute conversation was incredibly helpful and got things moving forward with remediation while maintaining our safety and legal rights.
