I hired MR. montoya last year for a worker comp case.When I found him he was an employee for a reputable office .soon I found that he had left that office and took my case with him.From the very Beginning he has been hard to reach And has not kept me informed throughout the process. Mr. Montoya has Ignored Denail notices without any attempt to appeal them.To date he read a doctors review saw Errors and did nothing to contest the review.as a lawyer that was hired by me he should know the case see and problem and make attempts to fix them before the dead line expires .By not staying up on my case and pushing for the care and treatment I have asked for it has cause be lots of stress and undue pain. New update from him claim that he has submitted a DOR without even consulting with me before he did it . It seems that maybe he’s trying get an offer because he believes that nothing else can be done, even though doctors should be the one with the treatment plan. Yikes
