Montoya Law is full of lazy people who push you to settle without trying to resolve your case. I was jerked around by my workers comp for over a year with little help from Montoya Law. I was told to settle after asking if I should go to my own primary care physician since my workers comp was not approving medical evaluations for me. I could no longer live off my savings so against my own true wishes I settled. I’m now still dealing with the pain from my work injury but am working with my own physician and am scheduled for surgery in two months that will hopefully give me the relief I’ve been waiting on. Montoya law didn’t fight for me when I told them my medical evaluations were not accurate because they were the wrong parts of my body being evaluated and now I am paying out of my own pocket for medical care that SHOULD have been paid for by the job I was injured at. Don’t work with these people unless you want to be told to settle and not have a fighting chance.

Mr Montoya, Sam and his entire staff were very professional, empathetic and effective in handling my Workers compensation claim. I am very satisfied with the work they put in - defending me. I recommend the Montoya Law Firm, without any reservations!!

Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent attorney. I worked as his social media marketing intern. Ryan was so professional and really dedicated himself to developing his social media. He is down-to-earth, extremely caring, and in general a very kind and thoughtful person who knows his stuff! He taught us so much about injury and employment law. It was a pleasure working with him!
