Found Montoya Law after looking around and glad I did! The big box corporate store I worked for tried denying my claim after terminating me for simply protecting my employees and store property. I injured my shoulder in the process, but they claimed I was no longer an employee and gave me the run around. I Called Montoya Law and they told me my rights and we started the process.
