They helped me with my Workers comp case when talking with any of them they we’re always respectful and courteous. They returned calls properly and answer any questions or concerns I may have had. So grateful to have found Montoya Law. Mr. Montoya and Mr. Santa-Cruz are really good at what they do and they get things done with honesty and transparency. They are personable and passionate, and fight for you when others say there is no more that can be done. My claim was closed in around 4 months which is really fast in the workers comp world. I was very scared to navigate the process of filing a claim after getting injured, and at times wanted to just give up, but I’m glad Montoya Law was able to not only get me access to some doctors and physical therapists, but also a very fair & generous settlement offer. Best lawyers I contacted when I got hurt at work. They turned a time where I was told “There’s no case. You’re outta luck.” To a “Oh we have your back.” And that they did. Amazing work.
