One of the most professional lawyers i'v ever met! I was introduced to Seropian by a friend of mine that said amazing things about him. I was starting to give up on the case when he gave me hope.. he literally got me x5 the settlement I was originally offered by the insurance company. Great attorney for person injury cases!! Works well with high volume case load. Very responsive and communicates problems to clients in easy to follow terms. I needed to begin the very cumbersome process of terminating paternal parental rights/obtaining full legal and sole custody of my daughter. I did a bunch of research on my own and had a healthy understanding of the laws and practice in California. When I began to look for legal representation I called 10 family law lawyers, 6 from large firms and 4 as referrals. More than HALF didn't even know you could terminate parental rights, a quarter told me it was too hard and to not even try, and the rest gave inappropriate advice to further their own business objectives. My final call was to Erika who was referred to me by a family friend, and was she a breath of fresh air! Not only did she know what I was talking about, she had experience in the matter AND was very matter of fact of the challenges, the opportunities and how she could represent me. I immediately put her on retainer and could not have been happier. She was always responsive, tactful, and just plain good. I am beyond thankful Jacob was the one to take over my case. A year ago, I was put into the worst position of my life. An uninsured careless driver lost control of the car I was in. I was critically injured and I am still recovering from the accident today. There were 6 people in that car and 2 hospital lien companies I had to sort out.
