I am beyond thankful Jacob was the one to take over my case. A year ago, I was put into the worst position of my life. An uninsured careless driver lost control of the car I was in. I was critically injured and I am still recovering from the accident today. There were 6 people in that car and 2 hospital lien companies I had to sort out. Jacob really helped me out and agreed to see what he could do. The driver left circumstances pretty dire and I had no hope for my case. I accepted the fact that it was just a terrible tragedy that happened to me and that was that. Jacob turned this feeling completely around and was able to work a miracle. As a 1st year college student, there was so much happening in my life after the accident that it overwhelmed me. I needed to recover, take my finals at that time, and now deal with insurance companies. I finally felt confident and at peace once Jacob took over. I was able to focus on healing and Jacob would always be available to answer my questions to talk about the case. He is very experienced and I trusted him to handle everything. Having resolved the case, I feel like Jacob allowed me to finally recover. He took a terrible situation, saw something better, and made sure to get that for me. Now I am in a great position to get on with the rest of my life.

I hired Mark for a dispute with a homeowners insurance claim. Mark worked diligently during negotiations to maximize the settlement and efficiently. I had major flood damage in my house and resulting mold, which became a huge mess. He was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and explained the entire process.
