Bryana Brandalesi-DiRocco was and is a Godsend. I had the most hateful, spiteful and petty ex and Bryana always gave good advice for my communications with her, gave realistic expectations (many of which were surpassed in my case) for how judges and mediators would interpret things and most of all, fought for me and my kids. I’ve got my boys with me due in large part to her tireless efforts. You will not regret retaining her.

The staff is exceptional and address your issues like you are their only client. My attorney, Anthony Barajas, took over my case and helped expedite my divorce process in a very professional manner, and was able to give me advice as to what to expect regarding outcomes and time lines. He and his staff kept communication open and were very prompt in their replies. Highly recommend!

If you are ever in need of a family lawyer, I highly recommend Miller & Associates. My ex-husband and I worked specifically with Josh Miller for our divorce through mediation. Hard pressed at 4 stars. All marriages have their own climate when things begin to breakdown. Our divorce started breaking down okay, then got bad, but finally righted itself. Our mediator was great at calming our fights, but the communication was sub-par. I've heard it goes with the territory, though In the end it's hard to say, maybe we kept our own divorce amicable then from needing lawyers, or maybe he helped.

Serena guided me as best as she could but unfortunately this law firm does not deal with the unique situation I brought to their attention. She was however, extremely helpful and gave me guidance to at least start somewhere.

Josh Miller was honest, experienced in Law, Quadro's, Real Estate, negotiations and mediation. He was also the voice of reason when I did not necessarily agree with the Law. While Serena Monder was unable to assist me at trial due to the back up of trials and a full calendar, she was able to provide me with advice, codes, and case law to move forward In Pro Per. During the consult she explained in detail the reality of what I was to experience. I was prepared for trial, and the court's ruling proved so. I just want to thank her for her professionalism and caring nature to do what she could to help me. She is an admirable attorney and I wanted to share my experience.
