Josh Miller was a great attorney on a very difficult case. He was thoughtful, reasonable, thorough, competent and would stop at nothing to get a resolution. Josh explained the law and helped me weigh my options so that I was part of the decision making process. He was flexible when he needed to be, tough when he needed to be and compassionate when he needed to be. I am truly grateful that I chose Josh Miller as my attorney and if I am in need of any family law advice or representation in the future, Josh will definitely be my guy. Melinda, his paralegal, was also super helpful when I had questions or concerns regarding my case. I have worked with Michael over the last ten months. He represented me with an ongoing custody case. He was excellent at identifying what the issues were. He was supportive and reassuring. He actually listened to me and my concerns. I could tell he truly cared about my children and what was best for them. I had confidence he was always on top of my case. He supported me with sound advice and encouraging guidance on what was going to happen next. I have had a prior attorney during my divorce and custody issue. He would just tell me what I needed to do. He gave no explanation. I trusted them and unfortunately they let me and my children down. Michael was different. He always provided me the whole picture, what could happen, and what he would be fighting for. He helped me make the best choices and really put everything in perspective. I felt comfortable in each and every step we took. It was such a relief to have someone I knew had my boys and my best interest in mind. I fully trusted his advice. I met with Josh Miller for their free 1/2 hour consultation. Mr. Miller was forthright in what he could handle with regards to my problem; he developed a plan to assist me; he then went out of his way and contacted another office on my behalf to facilitate and attempt to resolve my problem (which I appreciated very much - he did not have to do that). If he could not answer a question he let me know, otherwise he responded directly and with confidence. I found Mr. Miller to be ethical (rare these days) and professional.

MILLER and associates attorneys did an excellent job with my divorce. They wrote the letter that was so professional and persuaded the opposing counsel to convince her client that they did not have a case and that they were not entitled to any of my finances. My case was resolved without me losing any of my assets. I am so grateful to the entire team. All of them were very supportive and very patient with me throughout the entire divorce process.
