I retained the services of Serina Monder at Miller and Associates to assist me with my child custody case. Serina and her team always kept me informed, were professional, and were quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. They were respectful of my time and efficient in their communication. With her help, I was able to maintain custody of my daughter. At the end of the day, my daughter and I were thrilled with the results of the trial and an end to the ordeal. I would absolutely hire Serina Monder again to represent me in any child custody matter that might come up in the future.  I can't recommend her enough. I googled to find an attorney after my EAP consultation went terribly. The website talked about father's rights and how they would assist in equal time between the parents. Mr. Mendonsa could not have been more helpful throughout the process. I faced a particularly difficult opposing party who slandered and lied in court documents. Mr. Mendonsa listened to my frustration and provided guidance on how to ultimately respond to get the end result I was looking for, which was more time with my son. There is nothing more frightening than having an opposing party threaten to move and withhold visitation out of spite.
