My husband and I had a very positive experience with The Ranchod Law Group. From day one Mr. Ranchod was very attentive to our immigration situation and offered various legal paths. Based on the experience, price and reputation of the firm, we decided to proceed with them. For over a year, we worked very close to Attorney Melissa Oaklan and Attorney Yesenia Rosas. We were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and responsive time. We really liked how they walked us through the process (including risks and worse case scenarios) and addressed our concerns about the immigration waiver application in order to prepare us emotionally, mentally and financially. Fortunately, after a LONG LONG LONG wait, my J1 waiver was approved and my husband and I no longer have to be physically separated.

I sought out an attorney on my Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence after receiving a Request for Further Evidence after over a year of waiting. It was a complicated case but Yesenia Rosas took us on and helped me through the process. She was very professional, very helpful, and was able to get everything done in the short period of time allotted to have everything completed and sent in. After a couple months of waiting I was then requested to do an interview with immigration at which time I hired her again to help me through the process. It was so nice to have her with me during the interview and I am happy to say that at the end of the interview I was granted lawful permanent residence status. Yesenia took so much stress out of the process for me and I am so thankful to her for everything she did.

After deciding to bring my future wife here to the US from China I did a lot of fiancé K-1 visa research online. I was very overwhelmed with the process and decided to hire an immigration attorney.
