Where to begin? My 69 year old father was cited for a DUI in September of 2015. After a complete mishandling of the case by his first attorney, we found Mr. Monder and he not only got the case back on track with the legal system, but achieved a full dismissal via expert witnesses and an ability to shine for his client during this stressful process. Being new to San Diego and after finding my way into an altercation, in downtown, which left me with a citation that I believed was unjust in its nature. I scoured the internet trying to find a Lawyer who I felt would listen to me and help me through my case. After reading the thousands of reviews on various sites, I stumbled into Vik's page and right away I knew this was right attorney for me. As soon as I sent an inquiry into Vik's homepage, he called me, texted me, and emailed within 20 minutes of my inquiry...all of which where on a weekend and at 10pm. If first impressions equated to anything - this one left a great impression. After calling Vik and chatting with him the next day, I knew right away he was the lawyer I wanted to take on my case. He gave me very explicit instructions on the items he needed from me and he was upfront with his costs for each action we might have to take depending on how the trial progressed if it got that far. After an in office meeting and putting together a mitigation package to the Superior Court, 2 days prior to the initial appearance - the courts rejected the citation and I was cleared. Vik's guidance, insight, and vision on how to take on the courts, his knowledge of San Diego and the legal process, and just being a really honest, thoughtful person - made the experience as stress-free as possible. I am glad I met Vik and even happier I chose him as my lawyer; I hope to never have to need him again...but if I ever need another attorney in California, Vik is the only choice I will ever make.

What do you do when your son gets into trouble with the law for a very serious drug offense with the potential for 2-4 years in Prison? My wife and I asked this question as we contemplated using a Public Defender or hiring an attorney. As a Retired Police Officer and a current Private Investigator, I knew that my son needed someone that was very comfortable with Criminal Court system and could present the best defense possible. This question was answered during our initial arraignment when I observed Vik Monder working a case in the same courtroom as my son. The ease at which he spoke and the comfort he gave to his client and family answered any doubt that Vik Monder was who we needed to fight for my son. Fast forward two months later and the decision made that day in the courtroom saved my son from some serious jail time. I have dealt and worked with many attorneys over my career and never thought that my son or any family member would be in trouble like this. I am sure many of you reading this also echo those feelings. Rest assured that Vik Monder will fight for you and be with you every step of the way.
