I was charged with two felonies which had me very nervous. I have never been in trouble in my life, so I had no idea what to expect or even what to look for in an attorney. I had two consultations both said that my case was fightable and I could walk away with a clean record. The only drawback was one wanted $6000 and the other said he wanted $5000. On my way home from the these two consultations I received an email and recommendation to go talk to Vik and see what he had to say. Let me tell you I'm glad I did. I will keep it short from the time I met him he was honest and straight with me, he wasn't afraid to tell me where I made a mistake and what I did right. He also told me that my case wasn't a $5000 or $6000 dollar case like these other attorneys stated. He told me that he was going to try get the charges dropped before I even go to my arraignment. This he would do with a mitigation packet and for this he said he would charge me $1500. If the district attorney rejected the packet he would do whatever it takes to fight this to the end and get me what I want in court. He said he would fight it too the end for an additional $2000 which is honesty at its finest. He told me straight forward that my case wasn't worth what other attorney charge and took less then what he could have probably made off of me. Long story short Vik is as professional as it comes. Vik Mondor is a high profile attorney taking on big time cases he is a busy man but he was never to busy or never lacked time to respond to a text or meet in person. My charges were dropped and only paid $1500 dollars. Vik is a great guy and would recommend him to anyone!

Andrew Moher helped me get a loan modification after 5 years of delinquency. The Bank kept denying our modification applications, but Andrew never yielded a bit; we kept protesting each denial, and finally got the approval after 2 years of meticulous investigations into the Bank's wrong accounting practices. Andrew prepared the loan modification package with all the details that the Bank requested. Communications with Andrew was excellent; he was always available for questions and provided insights into the battles ahead.
