My father found himself in a bad situation where he unknowingly hit a pedestrian. We needed a competent and trustworthy lawyer. I was referred to Dod by a friend and called his office for a consult. He was in court, but I was assured he would call me when he was out. He called me back that afternoon (mind you this was a Friday, that's how dedicated he is to his job), and I had a consult over the phone with him. I explained my father's situation and Dod was both empathetic and straightforward with the possible outcomes. His main goal from the beginning was to get the charges dismissed. We hired Dod that night. He gave me his cell number and was in contact with us frequently, giving us updates whenever he had additional news. Dod worked closely with the police department to have the charges be dropped from a possible felony to misdemeanor, and then worked even harder with the district attorneys office to get the case dismissed!!! Hiring Dod was one of the best decisions my family ever made. I cannot tell you the relief we felt today when we got the phone call that the case was dismissed. I cannot thank this man enough for his dedication and hard work. Needing to hire a lawyer is always stressful... you don't know if the person you hire is really going to fight for you and your well-being. Dod is the type of lawyer that will do whatever in his power to get you the best possible outcome. Mr Dod is one of a kind. When first finding him I didn’t know what to expect, but soon found out that he is on top of everything and with you ever step of the way. I have used his services twice now. Once for my original case and again more recently again to have my case expunged from my record. His process is very thorough and he is ready to fight for you. He also makes sure your normal day to day life isn’t disrupted. What I mean by that is that he went to court for me, he said if I absolutely need you there I will let you know but we should be fine with just myself there. This meant I could keep my normal day to day and not have to take anymore time off of work. I greatly appreciated this. I would recommend him in a heart beat and have.
