I was mixed up in an unfortunate situation that could have ended in a felony and prison time. Thankfully a friend of mine hooked me up with Dod immediately, and we were able to get out in front of my case. He worked his ass off around the clock, and about 2 months after my arrest, he called me good news: my case was dismissed entirely. Dod isn’t a bull shitter. He’s not going to tell you everything is going to be okay to make you feel better, but he will be honest with you and will always be a phone call away, day or night.

I live out of state and was in San Diego for vacation. While there I was arrested for a DUI. Once I talked to Dod, he not only told me that I did not have to come back to San Diego for my court appearances, but I also would not have to return to San Diego to complete the programs of my sentencing/probation. If you’re reading this, you might have made a mistake. You’re freaked out and need help. Your future is now out of your control. I was in this same position and I never expected to be here. I consider myself responsible but for whatever reason that evening I chose to get in the car and drive instead of calling an Uber or a cab. I let everyone and myself down. Being involved in an accident I was very fortunate the other driver wasn't seriously injured or killed. I was very fortunate other drivers weren't involved. And I am very fortunate I wasn't injured or killed. I was arrested and charged with a felony. Bail costs, lawyer cost, fines, JAIL and unknown!!! This was the scariest event I have ever been in. The consequences are severe and they should be. I spoke with a few lawyers, Dod being one of them, and he came across as the most straight forward. Dod was honest. He broke down the law and all the different factors that could lead to different outcomes. Not knowing your fate in all of this is the scariest part of all of this after you've been arrested. But Dod reassured my wife and I that he would fight his ass off for us and for me. He just asked one thing of me, to do everything he said. So I did. Being proactive and getting ahead of this really helps. The prosecutors and the judge all see this as the first step to making things right. And making things right is all you can do. In the end, which took four months, I walked out of court with a misdemeanor count, a fine and a weekend in jail. Dod saved my clearance for work, my career, future career opportunities, I get to go home to my wife and 8 month old daughter, see my parents and the rest of family and friends. If you have found yourself in a similar situation, you need representation!!! Dod is by far the most reasonably priced and fights for your rights. Thank you Dod!!!
