Both Juanita & Stewart mellmen are a couple of very unprofessional lawyers. These lawyers are highly disrespectful and do not respect opposing parties attorneys as well as clients. This couple of lawyers when it comes to landlord & tenant conflicts attack opposing parties with disrespectful false accusations. I have never met such rude and unprofessional attorneys that follow through a case without evidence. Worst business of lawyers you can ever come across & I will also be filing a complaint with the California bar of attorneys.

I needed a good lawyer to present the facts after a false restraining order was placed on me and he came thru I recommend using this firm to represent you in your legal affairs ,my case was dismissed due to the hard fight and time Mr.Mellman put into my case.I would use this firm again....

While no one ever want to find themselves in need of a lawyer, I couldn’t be happier with my choice in Juanita Guillen-Mellman. Every interaction I had with either Juanita or her team, it was genuine and professional. She truly empathized over my situation and handled my legal problems in a timely manner. My experience with this team has been outstanding. I was given legal advice immediately and after I agreed to take action these two were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was told rights I didn’t even know I had. I handed over my evidence and they articulated a brilliant letter to send my landlord which got me out of my lease after misconduct. I am extremely pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend their expertise to anyone.

Mellman & Mellman is your go to Estate planning firm. As we all know Estate planning is something that can be very daunting. Stuart and his firm met with me to explain the entire process.
