I cannot thank Juanita Guillen-Mellman enough for her professionalism, understanding and clear guidance during her management of my matter. As a landlord it was hard to find a law firm willing to represent me - there seem to be far more tenant lawyers than landlord lawyers. Mellman & Mellman, LLP appear to offer services to both tenants and landlords, and they do so honestly. Juanita was quick to reply, she answered all my questions and represented me in a firm and confident manner. I feel the dollar value of her services are extremely fair. I was receiving threats of illegal eviction from an RV park and reached out to Mellman and Mellman. They were responsive, listened to my concerns and were able to contact the RV park within 24 hours getting the RV park to back off. Juanita is absolutely amazing! We had a nightmare of a landlord that wouldn’t stop harassing us when it came to us trying to leave the property due to an uninhabitable environment. LIfe has been hard on everyone during this Covid-19 time. I had a significant legal matter that needed tending to, made harder due to court delays, but Lindsey tenaciously stayed with the process from beginning to end in spite of hiccups placed in her path along the way.
