It happens I was referred to Juanita Guillen-Mellman by the San Diego Bar. She did not know me. I did not know her. My experience with Ms. Guillen-Mellman was well beyond my expectations. She had a clear command of the law coupled with a practical sense on how the law applied to my situation. Beyond her excellent legal counsel, she was able to see the forest for the trees and provide a "whole picture" of possible outcomes and best strategies. My experience is that she is a rare commodity with much to offer. Unlike many professionals that carefully assess their risk, probable time, and income earning potential from each incoming call, she is a big picture person with the knowledge, skill set and history to back it up.
