I cannot begin to describe how much of a blessing it was to work with Mr. Mellman and his team. Civil disputes are never an easy experience to have but Stuart made the entire process easy from beginning to end. His prompt and courteous demeanor did wonders to ease my family’s stress during our ordeal. His attention to detail and reassurance regarding our issues not only made the proceedings easy to understand, but also encouraged us to explore avenues we otherwise would not have in regards to our resolution. Even following our hearing, Stuart made himself available for follow up questions and was always able to return phone calls and emails as if we were his number 1 priority. Competitively priced is an understatement considering the immense value his law firm provides. While I hope I never have to experience the courtroom again, I already know the first phone call to make will be to Mellman and Mellman. If I could give more stars I would. 10/5. Would highly recommend.

DUI charges are very serious and usually end up poorly in my experience, however, H Law Group did a great job with my case. It's a great relief knowing I have them to help me.

I was in fairly desperate need of legal assistance in an unlawful detainer/eviction situation. The partners at Mellman and Mellman have been expert, friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. I reccommend them without hesitation.

My landlord served me an eviction notice one day prior to me leaving the country giving me 60 days to find a new residence. I reached out to Stuart and within 30 minutes he called me back and reviewed the eviction notice. Stuart was able to uncover that it was illegal in multiple ways and gave me confidence that I would be able to find a new home in time. The best news yet was once the landlord was informed of the illegal nature of the notice, I was given a free months rent and an additional 60 days to vacate on top of the original 60 given to me. Without their help I would have had to store my items at friends and families houses while I looked. They saved me thousands of dollars and couldn't be more glad I worked with them.
