Fantastic experience hiring Mellman and Mellman. They were attentive, focused and explained everything along the way. My wife and I weren't sure what our legal options were or if we even needed a lawyer. After talking with Sarah we knew the firm was the right fit. After each interaction we felt more and more confident that finally someone was on our side. Juanita finished out our case and was on top of things the whole time. I couldn't recommend this firm more and super happy with the results.

I had a very positive experience working with Juanita. She represented me in a retaliatory eviction case against a landlord who was not playing fair. I had the extreme good fortune of retaining Juanita in a landlord tenant issue. From the day we spoke until the conclusion of my case, Juanita was kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgable!!!! Every phone call was answered, every e mail replied to in a timely fashion. Her professionalism was well noted. My wife and I had a very positive experience working with Stuart. We were dealing with an issue with my wife’s trust money and an existing Power of Attorney. Stuart was able to send out a very well written demand letter and helped us to revoke the existing POA and create a new one to our full satisfaction. Stuart was recommended to us by our previous attorney who retired. While he currently has too big of a caseload - I can understand, because he's pretty great - he has guided us in the right direction and also provided us with recommendations for great colleagues. Called several time to request a consult which I will gladly pay for. In both cases I spoke to receptionist and left voicemails for two different attorneys multiple times. Never received a call back.
