Highly recommend Modern Law Group! We are grateful for their expert guidance in successfully navigating the K1/K2 visa process. The situation was unusually challenging because the beneficiaries are in Russia, where interviews are not currently being conducted. I did initial consultations with this group as well as a couple other immigration law practices, and Deron Smallcomb stood out from the other immigration attorneys in how directly and expertly he answered questions particular to our situation, including about what options we had for interviews (given that it can't be done in Russia) and what additional documentation is needed to get a K2 approved. Paralegals Darina Velsher and Manana Harris helped us at every step of the way in navigating all the paperwork, answering our many questions, and preparing for the interview. Having such experts who are fluent in Russian was invaluable. Our visas were approved with no rejection or request for additional documentation at any step. We are tremendously happy that we chose Modern Law Group!

I would give 5 stars to Kenneth Primola and paralegal Elena for their help, because in the end we won my case. But beforehand I worked with Vilena Ramini and Elvira and it was tough to communicate with them. They would not respond to my messages for several days and when they did respond it wasn't direct answer to my question. It was difficult to get useful information from them. Also because of their mistake I had to file for employment authorization card second time and received it one month later than expected.

My experience with this law group was excellent, very helpful. I always did what they said they do got me prepared. Everything worked out very well. I will come again and I recommend people to come here also.

I've come a long enough way with them to write this review. I would like to thank everyone who participated and helped with our case. It was a long process, it was a bit of a mess in places, but thanks to Kenneth Primola, Elena and the rest, we got through it and it was over. There are people working here who really know their job, but if you are on the same team with them and are interested in solving your problem yourself, it will be the best result of the work done.
