About 1 year ago I went to niki tran for assistance from the DOJ with the expectations of honesty from MS tran. INSTEAD took advantage of my innocents and not doing my due diligence took my $1000 knowing in advance that whatever I was asking her to assist with from the DOJ has already been resolved due to the amount of years it has been that she did not have to lift a finger but still charged me and made a grand for ABSOLUTELY DOING NOTHING. She had the odasity to tell me that my son can assist in this matter when my son gets the chance!!! Then WHY in the HELL did I pay you a grand for????!!! My son is NOT an attorney nor did I pay him! I poo aid you $1000 to have my son do your work??!!?? Long story short she was dishonest with me by not telling me in advance that she does NOT need or have to do ANYTHING for me or if she didn't know in advance at least could have been honest with to refund me my grand and informing me that it already has been taken care of from the DOJ due to the amount of years it has been. My advice to everyone is please do your deligece and do not trust anyone unfortunately NOT even the council you hire.very sad that your attorney is NOT honest and has good faith. Come to find out when I called her for advice after her DISHONESTY with me she informs me that she is no longer that type of an attorney and handles different legal matters and cases. Totally screwed me over and took my money. Karma !

I especially like the fact that they keep you updated regularly on the status of you case. My Case Manager is very knowledgeable about my case. I'm glad I found them on Facebook.

Warning! Mr. Forde just hung up on me - so I'll make this quick! Spent more than an hour of my time playing phone tag and explaining the issue I am pursuing with their assistant. I was told to expect a call from the attorney, Mr. Forde, to discuss. Instead, their assistant returned my call and dove directly into retainer, pricing, hourly ($$$). No discussion with any attorney about my case prior to informing me what I should be expected to owe for a demand letter (2 hours at I believe 325 an hour - retainer expected.) I asked that I could speak with the attorney first and was met with "it's not going to be today" comment. Made me uneasy that I should be expected to pay for services without so much as a phone call? At the least I was hoping to learn his experience in similar matters. Mr Forde calls me this morning and I mentioned I preferred to speak with the attorney handling the issue prior to hiring - his tone and response was unprofessional and unsympathetic. When I mentioned this he chose to hang up on me. I am very much willing and able to pay for attorney services - however it is obvious when someone believes you are not worth their time, despite wasting yours. You be the judge. Thanks a lot Mr Forde!
