4 years of battling my employer for my Ttd was a nightmare and if it wasn’t for Leslie Shaw and her wonderful staff I don’t know how the outcome would have turned out. Actually deep down I know because I lost everything and I mean EVERYTHING before I reached out to Leslie even though everything that did happen was while at work. Leslie and her staff were attentive, responsive, diligent , and patient with handling my case, questions, rants , long winded emails based on what I was feeling at the moment etc. it was the worst experience of my life dealing with insurance adjusters for my wc claim and I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Leslie and her office handling my case. For 4 years she fought for me without asking nor receiving one cent and when it finally came to pay day she didn’t even take her full cut because she cared about my finances and getting back to m my feet after all the debt I incurred throughout this nightmare. Words cannot express my gratitude and love I have for this woman and her staff. I highly recommend her to everyone I know and beyond. On a side note I read some of these negative reviews and it seems like it’s all based on attention and response time. I have always gotten a return call or email back within the day of my inquiry. I get the situation you’re going through is very stressful but let me tell you she has your best intentions at heart and Will make it a point to clarify your situation and ease your mind when able. She’s a straight shooter so sometimes you may not want to hear what she has to say but it’s important that you listen. This is her life’s work which is fighting for those who cannot and speaking out when not able. In short , Leslie and her staff have your back like no other. I hope this review helps. For those leaving a negative review: If you’re not happy, go elsewhere, it’s not like you’re even paying anything upfront for the legal service. Leslie and the staff have been on top of their game, professional and they communicate when they have information or an update on your case. You can’t put a time frame on a legal case, especially when it’s a workers comp case. If you’re case isn’t taken by ANY law firm, it’s probably because you don’t have a solid case, so get over it.These attorneys are here to fight for you, if they feel you have a solid case of course, and I don’t blame them. I can’t comment on my case, however, I will say that I am very satisfied with the professionalism and the consistency of this law firm.

My experience has been great with this law firm. Leslie Shaw and her staff are professionals and experts in workers compensation. I had a difficult case but we got a great settlement. They communicated effectively the whole process. I give it A+ and I highly recommend this law firm.
