Great staff

I went in for a consultation, the paralegal who attended me seemed to be in a bad mood, I told her a little bit about my case, hoping she would give me some advise and she just said it was up to me if I wanted to hire lawyer, it was really hard to get her to point me in the right direction , she didn't want to look at my medical report when I tried to show it to her she said it wasn't necessary , and again it was up to me if I wanted to hire a lawyer but never told me if did or didn't need one, I was only there for 5 minutes ,I stood up and walked out as I saw that I was getting no where with this person , who in my opinion was rude and unprofessional

I had Mrs. Shaw for a lawyer, thought the same thing when I meet her, she seemed professional and caring. However, once the case got going she did not have much time for me, rarely contacting me or keeping me up to date on what was going on. Then she proceeded to go through the settling process without talking with me, never talking with me about it, she never read the AME report so she would know what was going on, and since she did not read it, it cost me a body part that was part of my injury. She even told me she did not know that body part was left off, but that does not matter this is the best you will get sign the papers, ya so she can move on to the next client that she will loss $$ and medical for nice job. Beware, she is not that experienced and has way too much on her plate to help you properly, do not loss out on what is rightfully yours, and if you think you can get another lawyer, sorry but no one will take your case because they all know each other so your screwed, be careful dont let her screw you the way she screwed me. just because her office is busy does not mean she is good, she takes on any case just for the $$$ she will get not what you will get, she will tell you this is the best I can do, will I believe that wrong and more could have, and should have been done. Don't be fooled by a busy office, also means they do not have enough time for you

Leslie Shaw is an excellent Attorney. I had her an my attorney way back in 2003 and she did a fantastic job. She's an extremely smart woman and she doesn't miss a trick so don't think at any time, she's failing you if you haven't heard from her every week, or whatever. She's in your corner and she's got your back. At least she did mine. She did the best she could with what she had and I was pleased. If I had it to do all over again, (oh hell no, lol) I would definitely have Leslie as my attorney again, in a heartbeat.

She has always been responsive, competent and caring . She is a no-nonsense attorney, speaks the truth, and is a hard worker. She returns phone calls or emails, is direct and gets the job done.
