Eric S. Schneider professionally guided me through the challenging, emotional, and difficult process of my temporary restraining order and child custody case. Eric kept me clear and focused on the facts and guided me to make decisions based on those facts and what is best for my children. Eric is a very fast thinker and was able to immediately stop several nonsensical requests during the process saving everyone time and costs. Eric’s tactical skills were matched by administrative and organizational ability. Everything Eric does is truly in the best interest of who he represents. It’s reassuring when he is able to put the opposing counsel in their place because he is better prepared and won’t let them fabricate and speak without legal facts. Eric rescued me from ex and got me through the worst time of my life. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, highly respected by his peers, extremely personable and caring attorney. If you’re reading reviews of family law attorneys, I imagine things aren’t going well for you. Luckily, when I was in your shoes, a dear friend recommended Eric Schneider at the Law Offices of David C. Beavans. Here’s my advice to you: Google the American Bar Association’s Rules of Professional Conduct. Read the Preamble. It describes a lawyer’s responsibilities, and it will make it crystal clear what you can expect from Eric. Your attorney is obliged to zealously protect and pursue your interests. They should be competent, prompt, and diligent. They should give you an informed understanding of your rights, obligations, and the implications under the law. As a negotiator, they should seek a result advantageous to you, consistent with the law, and the requirements of honest dealing with others. A lawyer has obligations to you, the client, the legal system, and society. In my experience, Eric takes these responsibilities seriously. He is honest, ethical, meticulous, and dedicated. I’m fortunate to have been represented by Eric (not to mention the rest of the staff at the Law Offices of David Beavans) during my divorce, and am overall pleased to have met a man like him. I feel that Eric is a rare incarnation of attorney, one with the highest legal ability AND ethical standards. In short, I’m confident I received the BEST representation possible in my situation. If you’re in need of a family law attorney, you’d be hard pressed to find someone better than Eric Schneider.

I am very happy with my experience with this firm and specifically with my counsel, Eric Schneider. He was always professional and attentive. This is a long over due review, but here it is. I came to them about 2 -3 years ago , I needed help on my child support and child custody case.
