David is the absolute best person to talk to. He’s extremely nice, he knows his stuff, and his confidence gave me more confidence. Alli was also above and beyond nice. If it ever comes down to it, I would be stoked to have David as my court “battle buddy.”

After interviewing several recommended family law attorneys in San Diego, I decided to also check reviews. Law Offices of David C. Beavans was one that stood out as having many excellent reviews. After speaking with John Sylvester, I made the decision to retain them. Over the course of the next year and a half, John proved to be the consummate professional 100% of the time. Not 60%, not 75%; not even 95%. It was 100% of the time. In all areas of what was a very painful and arduous time, John made the experience bearable. And over that time I developed a tremendous confidence in him. He never once dropped even a pea, much less a ball. Every i was dotted; and every t was crossed. Invoicing was accurate and fair. I was hit with an extremely nasty divorce. I went into the offices here and immediately Eric Schneider offered me a consultation. He walked through the process and told me some key things to expect. I hired him right away and he went to work. Within the first 3 days, he had all of my paperwork fixed, my court dates ready and even gave me extra information to be aware of. Our family went through a divorce 2012-2015, About 1 1/2 years ago, About 18 months ago, my daughter's mother decided she didn't like my parenting style. What followed was 18 months of court appearances to prevent a change from 40% custody to supervised once again. My attorney is Eric Schneider, He has been incredible. He is smart, knowledgeable and crafty. He is always very well prepared and very professional. He is fearless in court.
